Confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's a feeling you get when you take action. The challenge is that taking action is hard when your nervous system is overwhelmed, your self-critic is loud, and you're not sure what you're even moving toward.

    This is for you if you know what you're capable of but keep getting in your own way. You're ambitious, driven, and clear that you want more — but something keeps stopping you from taking the leap. Maybe you second-guess yourself. Maybe you start strong and lose momentum. Maybe you're waiting to feel ready before you act. This program is for the woman who is done waiting and ready to build the real thing.

  • This program is not for you if:

    You're looking for a magic fix. This program works because you work. Fifteen minutes a day, every day, no excuses.

    You're not ready to take responsibility for your own growth. I can show you a path, but you need to be willing to walk on that path. No one is coming to save you — that's the whole point of building confidence.

    You bring negativity into a community of women who are showing up and doing the work. This is a positive, supportive space and we protect it fiercely.

    You're not willing to be honest with yourself. Growth requires looking at what's actually in the way not just what's comfortable to see.

    Please note: participants who do not honour these standards will be removed from the program without a refund.

  • Every weekly coaching call is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours so you never fall behind. The morning and evening practices are also done on your own time — you'll have a recording to follow each morning so you can do it whenever works for you, whether that's 6AM or 9AM. The only live elements are the Sunday calls, and those are always available after the fact.

  • Ten minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening. Each morning you'll do a short conditioning practice to set your state, get clear on your vision, and identify one courageous action to take that day. In the evening you check in — celebrate what you did, practice self-compassion for what you didn't, and recommit to tomorrow. The daily action itself is yours to choose — it fits into your existing life, not on top of it.

  • That's exactly why this program is built the way it is. The daily practice is short by design. The community keeps you accountable. And the evening check-in means you're recommitting every single day — not just on the days you feel like it. The structure does the heavy lifting so you don't have to rely on motivation.

  • If you show up for the 20 days — morning practice, evening check-in, weekly calls — and you don't feel more confident by the end, I will refund every dollar. No questions asked.

  • Everything happens online. Live calls are on Zoom. The daily community check-in happens in a private group. You'll get all the details in your welcome email as soon as you sign up.

  • Starts May 3, 2026. Runs for 20 days.

Liz is a twice-certified Transformational Leadership Coach passionate about helping leaders achieve success in a diverse, complex, and unpredictable world. She has worked with more than 300 leaders from global organizations including Google, Marsh McLennan, VM Ware, AB InBev, RSA, Snap Inc, Capital One, and Credit Suisse. Prior to leadership coaching, she co-owned a yoga studio and is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher.
