As a Mindful Leadership Expert, and the only Black-white, biracial female in her MBA program hired to Canada’s largest bank, Liz supports women to thrive and rise in a complex, diverse and unpredictable world.

Liz’s 20-year work experience crosses public relations, strategy, event planning, internet marketing, and entrepreneurship. She has coached established and emerging leaders and facilitated workshops in a broad range of organizations including Google, Bank of America, Lole, Goodmans LLP, MMC, and Johnson & Johnson across various industries including Finance, Fitness, Legal, Tech, and Non-profit.

Alongside being an accredited coach, Liz co-owns Afterglow Health & Fitness, ranked Best Yoga Studio, by BlogTo and co-hosts The Afterglow Podcast, recognized by Toronto Life as one of “Five Toronto-made Wellness Shows to Add to your Queue." Through the podcast, she has hosted important and timely conversations with some of Canada's most notable female leaders including Samantha Nutt, Measha Brueggergosman, Andrea Menard, Erica Ehm, Perdita Felicien, and MLA Audrey Gordon on diversity, equality, sustainability, and personal growth and leadership.

She is accredited by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (ACC). She is certified in the EQi 2.0 and Stregthscope assessment tools and holds additional certifications in Positive Psychology (Berkeley University, Positive Intelligence), Self-compassion (Kristen Neff), Somatic Coaching (Strozzi Institute), and Adult Developmental Coaching (Growth-Edge Coaching). Liz received her MBA from McGill University and a BA from Western University. She is also a 200-hour yoga and mindfulness teacher.
